8868ÌåÓýAPP

The ·¡±è¾±³¦Ã©²¹ project is a major first for 8868ÌåÓýAPP µþâ³Ù¾±³¾±ð²Ô³Ù Ile-de-France. In Issy-les-Moulineaux, the 8868ÌåÓýAPP Construction subsidiary has designed a 100% wooden residential project that covers an area of 1,550 square metres. In addition to the structure itself, ·¡±è¾±³¦Ã©²¹ is one of the first French projects with the BBCA (Association pour le développement du µþâ³Ù¾±³¾±ð²Ô³Ù Bas Carbone) label for low carbon footprint buildings.

This new generation of housing includes 23 residential units over 3 storeys, private terraces and small gardens on the ground floor, and a basement with 23 parking spaces.
