The ·¡±è¾±³¦Ã©²¹ project is a major first for 8868ÌåÓýAPP Bâtiment Ile-de-France. In Issy-les-Moulineaux, the 8868ÌåÓýAPP Construction subsidiary has designed a 100% wooden residential project that covers an area of 1,550 square metres. In addition to the structure itself, ·¡±è¾±³¦Ã©²¹ is one of the first French projects with the BBCA (Association pour le développement du Bâtiment Bas Carbone) label for low carbon footprint buildings.

This new generation of housing includes 23 residential units over 3 storeys, private terraces and small gardens on the ground floor, and a basement with 23 parking spaces.
