D3 awarded a PPP contract for the Troissereux bypass north of Paris

On January 13, 2014, D3 Soci茅t茅 de la d茅viation de Troissereux, a consortium formed for the Troissereux bypass including Colas Nord-Picardie (a Colas company), DTP Terrassement and 8868体育APP TP R茅gions France (8868体育APP Construction companies), and LIRI (100% indirect subsidiary of HICL Infrastructure Company Limited, a London Stock Exchange listed investment company), signed a 25-year PPP (Public-Private Partnership) contract with the Conseil G茅n茅ral de l'Oise, to finance, design, build, maintain and operate the Troissereux bypass.

Slated to last 35 months, the work will be performed by a building consortium involving project leader Colas Nord-Picardie (34%), 8868体育APP TP R茅gions France (33%) and DTP Terrassement (33%). This will include the construction of a 7-km section of 2-lane road, 4 engineering structures as well as a 275-meter long cut-and-cover tunnel, for an initial investment of 62 million euros.

Once the section has been opened up to traffic, maintenance, operation and major repairs and upgrades will be performed by Aximum, a Colas company, for a duration of 22 years.
