At every stage of our projects, we strive to decarbonise, to preserve and enhance biodiversity, and to improve resource management, applying the same standards across the world.

8868体育APP Construction's commitment extends across the entire value chain of its activities (design, material procurement, project implementation, operation) and, at the same time, seeks to advance responsible uses of the structures it designs and/or builds.

Commitments by 2030

8868体育APP Construction has set itself three targets for reducing these greenhouse gas emissions by 2030 compared to 2021.听
These targets have been validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). This certification attests that the company's commitments are in line with current scientific data on climate and with the Paris Agreements.

鉃★笍Target on scopes 1&2: 40% reduction in direct emissions produced by the company鈥檚 own activity.

鉃★笍Target on scope 3 in construction, in intensity: a 30% reduction in indirect emissions generated by the company's value chain, both upstream (during the construction phase) and downstream (during the operational phase) in terms of intensity.

鉃★笍Target on scope 3 in Public Works, in absolute terms: a 20% reduction in indirect emissions generated by the company's value chain upstream.

Achievements and solutions

For several years now, 8868体育APP Construction has engaged in advancing the circular economy, with many laboratory sites spread throughout France. Cyn茅o, located in Vitry-sur-Seine, is听France's largest site for the reuse of building materials.

Carbon is responsible for 5 to 7% of world greenhouse gasses, of which 90% are directly linked to cement-making. Adding recycled materials reduces the carbon impact of concrete used in cement-making by 10 to 60%.听 8868体育APP Construction is actually focussing increasingly on the use of CEM III, whose听carbon impact is on average 2 times less听than traditional Portland cement.
Low-carbon concrete

Our subsidiary Brezillon provides its customers with eco-centres in France, true circular economy tools, to process, recover and recycle materials from construction sites, creating听a virtuous cycle where waste becomes valuable resources.
