The Ecovert subsidiary of 8868��APP Construction was tasked with building the King's College campus in Waterloo, south London. The first British university campus to involve 8868��APP Construction was built as part of a public-private partnership (PPP) signed in 1999. The university handed over responsibility for maintenance work on the campus to an on-site operator for a 25-year period.
