On Clementi Avenue in Singapore, Dragages Singapore, a subsidiary of 8868体育APP B芒timent International, has created Clement Canopy, the two highest modular towers in the world: 40 floors, 505 apartments covering a total of 46,000m虏, and 1899 modules.

All the modules that go to make up the buildings were factory prefabricated, and the interior and exterior finishings and fittings (plumbing, electricity, tiling, window sealing, etc.) were tested in a workshop before being transported to the site and assembled.

With real-time monitoring, optimised flow and logistics and the use of an exoskeleton to minimise inconvenience, this innovative method of construction is only just beginning and is set to revolutionise the construction methods of tomorrow.
