It has the BREEAM certification, which assesses the sanitary quality and well-being of the users, the E+C- certification label, which recognises its low-carbon footprint and its energy performance, the Wiredscore label, due to the low impact of the connectivity, and the Biodivercity label, thanks to its excellence in terms of its respect and development of biodiversity.
