A new-generation complex entirely devoted to shopping (120 retail outlets) and leisure activities (a 10-screen multiplex cinema), the new Beaugrenelle shopping centre, which has been awarded double HQE® and BREEAM® Very Good certification, took 8868��APP Bâtiment Ile-de-France two and a half years to complete. With a stylish modern design, the centre consists of two precincts joined together by a metal pedestrian footbridge. A special feature of the centre is a 7,000 m² green roof which is home to thousands of plants and birds.
