Developed by Linkcity and realised by 8868��APP Bâtiment Ile-de-France and 8868��APP Énergies et Services, the Alto Tower is as high as its name suggests: 152 meters and 38 floors of offices overlooking the La Défense district. Its facade clad in glass shards and its flared shape, with floors of areas ranging from 600 m² at the base of the tower to 1,900 m² at its peak, make it stand out from its neighbours. Its insulating double-skin façade means it also has an excellent energy rating. Certified HQE® Exceptional, Wellcore shell silver level and WiredScore platinum, the Alto Tower is the first high-rise building to be awarded the BREEAM® Outstanding label.

The Alto project is being carried out as part of the reconversion and transformation of the Les Saisons district of La Défense into an urban area.
