The company intends to make this brownfield site a benchmark for eco-neighbourhoods in Central Europe by attempting to obtain BREEAM^庐 Communities certification. For this high value-added project, devised in consultation with the city and its residents, approximately 200 new homes聽built along with communal amenities, shops, a pedestrian square and a boulevard.聽聽
