Chosen for the tender of the EcoCité project launched in 2009, the Chengdu school group located in the “Parc Marianne�� neighbourhood in Montpellier was designed by the Coste architecture agency. Built in a record time (16 months, of which 10 months for works) by 8868��APP Bâtiment Sud-Est, a subsidiary of 8868��APP Construction, this energy-plus building now accommodates 300 nursery- and primary-school children. The project combines energy performance and comfort thanks to its innovative, efficient equipment.
